Terms of use
1. Who these terms are between
You (the firm or individual creating an account) and Axomyq LLP, Duliajan, Assam. By creating an account or using the services you agree to them.
2. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password and one-time codes private. You are responsible for everything done under your login and for anyone you add to your firm. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Free access and trials
BillBook is free until 30 September 2026. ContractZen offers a 30-day free trial. Neither requires payment details and neither converts to a paid plan automatically. Paid plans and pricing will be announced with notice before any charge.
4. Your data and documents
Everything you enter stays yours. We claim no rights over your invoices, registers or records. You are responsible for their accuracy — the apps calculate from what you enter, and a document produced by the app is your document, issued by you.
5. Not professional advice
GST, TDS, PF, ESI, bonus and other calculations follow the rules as we understand them at the time. They are tools, not advice. Confirm filings with your chartered accountant. We are not liable for penalties arising from data you entered or from a rule change we had not yet implemented.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the services unlawfully, to store data you have no right to hold, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access. We may suspend an account that does.
7. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt access. There is no service-level commitment during free or trial use.
8. Our software
The applications, their design and code belong to Axomyq LLP. You get a non-exclusive right to use them while you have an account. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from them.
9. Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time by following these steps. We can close an account for breach, or if we discontinue a service — in the second case with at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (nil during free use), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dibrugarh, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders.
