Delete your account

For Axomyq BillBook and ContractZen. Last updated 7 September 2026.

From inside the app

1. Sign in and open Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password (and one-time code in ContractZen).

Only a firm Owner can delete a firm. Other users can delete their own login the same way.

Without the app

1. Email admin@axomyq.in from the address on the account, subject Account deletion request.
2. Include the app name and your firm name.
3. We reply to that address to confirm it is you, delete within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your login, name, email, mobile number and password hash
• Firm profile, logo, bank details and settings
• Customers, quotations, receipts, stock, attendance, payroll and register data
• Uploaded files and attachments

What is kept, and for how long

• Issued invoices and related tax records — retained and locked for the period Indian tax law requires (currently up to 72 months from the due date of the relevant annual return).
• Security logs — 90 days.
• Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.

Before you delete

Export anything you need first — invoices and registers export to PDF, Excel and CSV from inside the app. Deletion cannot be undone.
